    Miniature In-line Type Pull Push Load Cell FL3F is made of stainless steel based on strain gauge technology intended for both tension and press force measurement. Inline Press Force Sensor FL3F offers 0-50N / 0-100N / 0-200N / 0-500N / 0-1kN / 0-3kN / 0-5kN seven rated measuring ranges with mV/V output from the full wheatstone bridge. Compact design makes for rod end load cell FL3F especially suitable for force measurement applications where mounting space is limited. M6/M8 threaded rod located on each side enables force transducer FL3F to replace the existing structure and be easily embedded into mechanical shaft, the M6/M8 male thread can also be used to mount attachments such as eye bolts, bolt adapters,etc.,for different applications. Custom made service is also available as per client's request.

    A load cell (or loadcell) is a transducer which converts force into a measurable electrical output. Although there are many varieties of loadcells, strain gauge load cells are the most commonly used type which is comprised of a solid metal body on which strain gauges have been secured to form a wheatstone bridge which delivers mV/V output.

    Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity

    Rated output of pull push force sensor FL3F is around 1mV/V.
    Power supply is normally within 3-10V.
    Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
    So the output range of FL3F is normally within -10mV...+10mV for both push and pull force measurement.
    Example one: Pull Push Load Cell FL3F-5kg with 1.0mV/V sensitivity powered by 5V DC,the output range is -5mV...+5mV.
    Example two: Inline Load Cell FL3F-10kg with 1.0mV/V rated output powered by 3.3V DC,the output range is -3.3mV...+3.3mV.

    A signal conditioner can be used to convert mV signal into 0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA for easy signal processing.
    Example: Pull And Push Load Cell FL3F-50kg working with amplifier FSC(-10-10V)-24V,the load-voltage relationship will be 0-50kg compression load VS 0-10V output, 0-50kg tension load VS 0-(-10V) output.
