    Shaft Type Inline Reaction Torque Transducer FTB is strain gague based intended for non-rotating torque measurement in both clockwise and anticlockwise direction, In-line torque sensor FTB offers 0-5kg*cm / 0-10kg*cm / 0-20kg*cm / 0-30kg*cm / 0-50kg*cm / 0-100kg*cm / 0-200kg*cm / 0-300kg*cm / 0-500kg*cm / 0-1000kg*cm ten rated measuring ranges to choose from.Each sensor will be shipped with a 3-meter-long disconnectable cable and an in-house calibration certificate to guarantee the sensor performance and quality. Keyed shaft located at each side of the torquemeter,it measures torque by being in line with an object generating torsion. Inline Type Reaction Torque Transducer FTB is not intended to rotate, mainly used for static/non-rotating torque measurement.Model FTB can be modified or customized to meet requirements of different torque measuring applications.

    A torque sensor is a transducer that converts a torsional mechanial input into an electrical output signal proportional to the applied torque.The acting torsion causes deformation of the measuring element,the bonded strain gage deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply, the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally.The output range of Shaft Torque Sensor FTB is within -25mV...+25mV, a signal conditioner can be used to convert mV signal into ±5V,±10V,0-5V,0-10V or 4-20mA output, taking inline torque transducer FTB-100Nm working with amplifier FSC(4-12-20mA)-24V for example,the torque-current relationship will be 0-100N*m in clockwise direction VS 12-20mA output, 0-100N-m in anticlockwise direction VS 12-4mA output, 16mA output corresponds to 50N*m torque in CW direction, 8mA output corresponds to 50N-m torque in CCW direction, and so on.
