Miniature reaction torque meter FTE offers 0-0.88lb*in / 0-1.77lbf*in / 0-4.4lb*in / 0-8.8lbf*in / 0-17.7lb*in / 0-26.5lbf*in / 0-44in-lb / 0-88.5in-lbf / 0-177lb*in / 0-265lbf*in / 0-443lbf*in / 0-885lb*in twelve rated measuring ranges to choose from, high accuracy with maximum 0.2% non-linearity of the full scale. End flanges located on both sides of the torque transducer can be used for bolting between shaft or mounting plates, very compact size makes torque measurement unit FTE suitable for reaction torque measurement where mounting space is limited. Reaction Torque meter FTE can be modified or customized as per client's request to meet requirements of different applications.

A torque sensor is a transducer that converts a torsional mechanial input into an electrical output signal proportional to the applied torque.The acting torsion causes deformation of the measuring element,the bonded strain gage deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply, the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally.The output range of Miniature torque sensor FTE is within -20mV...+20mV, a signal conditioner can be used to convert mV signal into ±5V,±10V,0-5V,0-10V or 4-20mA output,taking FTE-0.1Nm working with amplifier FSC(-10-10V)-24V for example,the torque-voltage relationship will be 0-0.1N*m in clockwise direction VS 0-10V output, 0-0.1N-m in counterclockwise direction VS 0-(-10V) output, 1V voltage corresponds to 0.01N*m torque in clockwise direction, -5V voltage corresponds to 0.05N*m torque in anticlockwise direction, and so on.
