M16 threaded Tension Compression Load Cell FCMA is made of high stiffness alloy steel based on foil strain gauge technology to deliver 2.0mV/V rated output proportional to the applied force.Pancake load cell FCMA offers 0-66lb / 0-110 lb / 0-220lb / 0-440 lb / 0-660lb / 0-1.1klb / 0-2.2klb seven rated measuring ranges with maximum 0.1% non-linearity of the full capacity to choose from intended for both static and dynamic force measurement, universal load cell FCMA can be used for both tension and compression measurement,low profile structure makes it also suitable for in-line force monitoring. Press Force Sensor FCMA is designed with a M16x1.5 threaded hole running through the center of the transducer which can be used to mount attachments such as load buttons,eye bolts or other adapters for force loading,this makes spoke type load cells very adaptable to various cases,you may find pancake type load cell FCMA applicable for force measurement in injection-molding machines,press machines and material testing equipment,weight measurement for tanks,vessels and hoppers, and so on.

A load cell (or loadcell) is a transducer which converts force into a measurable electrical output. Although there are many varieties of loadcells, strain gauge load cells are the most commonly used type which is comprised of a solid metal body on which strain gauges have been secured to form a wheatstone bridge which delivers mV/V output.The output range of compression load cell force sensor FCMA is normally within -30mV...+30mV,and signal amplification may be required for most applications,a load cell signal transmitter can be used to get 0-5V,0-10V or 4-20mA signal for easy data acquisition afterwards. Weight indicator can be used to display the measured value, load cell display FPT is integrated with high accuracy 24 bit Sigma-Delta ADC, sampling speed up to 960Hz,supports RS485 or RS232 communication port,can also output 0-5V,0-10V,0-20mV or 4-20mA amplified signal.
