A compression load cell is a compression type transducer that converts compressive force acting on it into electronic signal which is proportional to the force being applied.The measured force causes deformation of the measuring element(elastic body),the bonded strain gauge deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply,the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally,thus the force can be measured by measuring the output signal from the load cell.
Strain gauge based load cells normally output millivolt signal ranging 0-20mV,compression type load cell FCB-A can output 0-5V,0-10Vor 4-20mA signal through built-in amplifier.
Digital indicator can be used to display the measured value,load cell display FPT is integrated with high accuracy 24 bit Sigma-Delta ADC,sampling speed up to 960Hz,supports RS485 or RS232 communication port,can also output 0-5V,0-10V,0-20mV or 4-20mA amplified signal.
