Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output is normally within 1mV/V~3mV/V.
Power supply is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the load cell output signal is normally within 0-45mV.
Example one: 2.0mV/V load cell with 10V power supply,the output range is 0~20mV .
Example two: 1.0mV/V load cell with 5V power supply,the output range is 0~5mV.
Load cell + Signal amplifier:
Load cell normally outputs -30mV...+30mV which sometimes cannot be recognized by signal processing units directly,so signal conditioner is introduced to convert mV signal into 0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA for easy signal processing.
Example: 10kg compression load cell working with 0-10V amplifier,the load-output relationship will be 0-10kg load VS 0-10V output,it is linear within the error range.
