Contactless pedestal mount shaft style dynamic torque meter FYTH is produced based on non-contact rotary transformer technology intended for both rotating torque and speed measurement. Rotating torque measuring sensor FYTH offers 0-2NM / 0-5N*M / 0-10N-M / 0-20N-M / 0-30N*M / 0-50N*M / 0-100N*M / 0-200NM / 0-300N-M / 0-500NM / 0-1kN*m / 0-1500NM / 0-2kNM / 0-3kNM / 0-5kNM fifteen ated capacities to choose from, speed measurement goes up to 12000RPM. Both torque and speed channel delivers 0-5V , 0-10V or 4-20mA output proportional to the applied torque and speed. Keyed shafts on both sides of the sensor can connect to motor and load through couplings, the pedestal mount design is ideal for motor testing or anywhere a base-mounted torque sensor is required, the sensor shaft rotates while the housing remains still during measurement. Typical applications of torquemeter FYTH are torque measurement of servo motors, impellers, engines, pumps, agitators and so on.

A torque sensor is a transducer that converts mechanical torque into mV signal proportional to the applied torque.The acting torsion causes deformation of the measuring element,the bonded strain gage deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply.Rotary torquemeter FYTH utilizes built-in signal conditioner board to convert the mV singal from the wheatstone bridge into 0-5V 0-10V 4-20mA output for easy signal processing,the output signal is proportiaonal to the applied torque,an in-house calibration certificate will be provided in which you will get the data of torque VS Voltage/Current.
