Shaft to Shaft Dynamic Torque Sensor FY01 is a slip-ring type torque transducer intended for rotating torque measurement,Slip rings are used to conduct the millivolt signal from the wheatstone bridge bonded on the sensing shaft which will rotate together with motor shaft in both clockwise and counterclockwise direction to get the torque measured. Rotary Torque Meter FY01 offers 0-10NM / 0-20NM / 0-30NM / 0-50NM / 0-100NM / 0-200NM / 0-300NM / 0-500NM eight rated measuring ranges with maximum 0.2% non-linearity of the full scale to choose from. Keyed shafts located on both ends of the sensor can be connected to motor and load through couplings.Rotating speed of model FY01 can go up to 4000RPM,it is also suitable for non-rotating and low-speed torque measurement applications.Signal conditioner and display unit is also available to get the readout or 0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA output.Typical applications for this type of torque transducer are for example servo motor torque measurement, test bench applications, valve torque test, torque measurement for stirring devices, screw driver calibration, twist measurement, actuator test,etc..

A torque sensor is a transducer that converts a torsional mechanial input into an electrical output signal.Rotary torque sensor is designed to measure rotating torque like motor torque , rotating shaft torque, mixture torque, etc.. Dynamic torque transducer can also be used to measure static torque(which is also known as reaction torque).The output range of rotary torque sensor FY01 is normally within -25mV...+25mV, signal amplification may be required for most applications, a signal conditioner can be used to convert mV signal into -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output for easy data processing.Taking torque cell FY01-100NM and amplifier FSC(-10-10V)-24V for example,the torque-voltage relationship will be 0-100NM in CW direction VS 0-10V output, 0-100N*m in CCW direction VS 0-(-10V) output, 1V output corresponds to 10Nm torque in clockwise direction, -5V output corresponds to 50N-m torque in anticlockwise direction, and so on.
