Miniature Tension Compression Force Sensor FSSM offers a compact design for a variety of applications. the S Beam Tension Compression Load Cell series provide 0-2.2 lbf / 0-4.4 lbf / 0-11 lbf / 0-22 lbf / 0-45 lbf / 0-67 lbf / 0-112 lbf / 0-224 lbf eight rated measuring ranges with high accuracy and compact design features.The Micro Push Pull Load Cell FSSM utilizes metal foil strain gauge technology to deliver 2.0mV/V output with maximum 0.1% non-linearity of the capacity,the compact design enables the FSSM to be easily embedded into machinery or test equipment – ideal for packaging machinery, assembly machinery or end-of-line test equipment.Miniature Force Transducer FSSM features threaded holes on two sides for the mounting of attachments or implements,this micro force sensor can be used for both tension and compression force measurement in applications with limited space.You may find junior S beam load cell FSSM interchangeable with FUTEK load cell LSB200,Mark Miniature Force Sensors Series R04,flintec s-beam force sensor ISA,flintec load cell ISB,etc..In addition to the standard specifications,model FSSM can also be modified or customized to better fit clients' applications.

The output range of push and pull load cell FSSM is normally within -30mV...+30mV,
Example one: Miniature Force Sensor FSSM-200N with 2.0mV/V rated output powered by 3.3V DC,the output range is -6.6mV...+6.6mV.
Example two: Micro Force Transducer FSSM-100N with 2.1mV/V sensitivity powered by 10V DC,the output range is -21mV...+21mV.
A signal conditioner can be used to convert mV signal into 0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA for easy signal processing.
Example one: Miniature Tension Compression Load Cell FSSM-10N working with amplifier FSC(-5-5V)-24V,the force-voltage relationship will be 0-10N compression force VS 0-5V output, 0-10N tension force VS 0-(-5V) output.
Example two: Micro Push Pull Force Sensor FSSM-20N working with amplifier FSC(4-12-20mA)-24V,the force-current relationship will be 0-20N compression force VS 12-20mA output,0-20N tension force VS 12-4mA output.
