Miniature S-Beam Load Cell FSSM offers a compact design for a variety of applications. the S Beam Tension Compression Load Cell series provide 0-2.2lbf / 0-4.4lbf / 0-11lbf / 0-22lbf / 0-45lbf / 0-67lbf / 0-112lbf / 0-224lbf eight rated measuring ranges with high accuracy and compact design features.The Micro S-type Load Cell FSSM utilizes metal foil strain gauge technology to deliver 2.0mV/V output with maximum 0.1% non-linearity of the capacity,the compact design enables the FSSM to be easily embedded into machinery or test equipment – ideal for packaging machinery, assembly machinery or end-of-line test equipment.Miniature S Beam Force Transducer FSSM features threaded holes on two sides for the mounting of attachments or implements,this Miniature S Type Force Sensor can be used for both tension and compression force measurement in applications with limited space.You may find junior S beam load cell FSSM interchangeable with FUTEK load cell LSB200,Mark Miniature Force Sensors Series R04,flintec s-beam force sensor ISA,flintec load cell ISB,etc..In addition to the standard specifications,model FSSM can also be modified or customized to better fit clients' applications.

The output range of s beam load cell FSSM is normally within -30mV...+30mV,
Example one: Miniature S Type Force Sensor FSSM-200N with 2.0mV/V rated output powered by 3.3V DC,the output range is -6.6mV...+6.6mV.
Example two: Micro S-beam Force Transducer FSSM-100N with 2.1mV/V sensitivity powered by 10V DC,the output range is -21mV...+21mV.
A signal conditioner can be used to convert mV signal into 0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA for easy signal processing.
Example one: Miniature S-Type Load Cell FSSM-10N working with amplifier FSC(-5-5V)-24V,the force-voltage relationship will be 0-10N compression force VS 0-5V output, 0-10N tension force VS 0-(-5V) output.
Example two: Micro S-Beam Force Sensor FSSM-20N working with amplifier FSC(4-12-20mA)-24V,the force-current relationship will be 0-20N compression force VS 12-20mA output,0-20N tension force VS 12-4mA output.
