Small size compression and tension load cell FSKE offers 0-11 lbf / 0-22 lbf / 0-45 lbf / 0-110 lbf / 0-220 lbf / 0-445 lbf six rated measuring ranges to choose from,high accuracy with maximum 0.1% nonlinearity of the full capacity. M8 threaded holes located on both ends can be used to mount attachments like load buttons, eye bolts, hooks to fit different applications. Load cell zero output(Zero Balance):The output signal of the loadcell with no-load applied,expressed in mV/V or as a percentage of rated output.The zero output is caused by the stress during strain gauge bonding,it can be handled during calibration or signal processing without affecting the measurement accuracy.
The output range of Compression Tension Load Cell FSKE is normally within -30mV...+30mV,
Example: S-Beam Push Pull Load Cell FSKE-50N with 2.0mV/V rated output powered by 5V DC,the output range is -10mV...+10mV.
A signal conditioner can be used to convert mV signal into 0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA for easy signal processing.
Example: S Type Compression Tension Sensor FSKE-1kN working with amplifier FSC(4-12-20mA)-24V,the force-current relationship will be 0-1000N compression force VS 12-20mA output, 0-1000N tension force VS 12-4mA output.
