M8 M12 Threaded S-Beam Load Cell FS6A/FS6B is strain gauge based intended for tension and compression force measurement.S type force transducer FS6A/FS6B offers 0-11 lbf / 0-22 lbf / 0-44 lbf / 0-66 lbf / 0-110 lbf / 0-220 lbf / 0-440 lbf / 0-600 lbf eight rated measuring ranges to choose from. M12/M8 metric threaded holes located on both ends can be used to mount attachments such as eye bolts and hooks for adapt to different cases. S-Type Force Sensor FS6A/FS6B offers an accurate and affordable measuring solution for applications such as material testing machines, hanging scales, hopper weighing, automation equipment and so on.

Load cell zero output(Zero Balance):The output signal of the loadcell with no-load applied,expressed in mV/V or as a percentage of rated output.The zero output is caused by the stress during strain gauge bonding,it can be handled during calibration or signal processing without affecting the measurement accuracy.
The output range of S type loadcell FS6A/FS6B is normally within -30mV...+30mV,
Example one: S-Beam Load Cell FS6A-20kg with 2.0mV/V rated output powered by 10V DC,the output range is -20mV...+20mV.
Example two: S Type Force Sensor FS6B-100kg with 2mV/V sensitivity powered by 3.3V DC,the output range is -6.6mV...+6.6mV.
A signal conditioner can be used to convert mV signal into 0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA for easy signal processing.
Example one: S Beam Load Cell FS6A-30kg working with amplifier FSC(-10-10V)-24V, the load-voltage relationship will be 0-30kg compression load VS 0-10V output, 0-30kg tension load VS 0-(-10V) output.
Example two: S-Type Load Cell FS6B-200kg working with amplifier FSC(4-12-20mA)-24V, the load-current relationship will be 0-200kg compression load VS 12-20mA output, 0-200kg tension load VS 12-4mA output.
