Threaded In-line Tension And Compression Load Cell FL25 is made of 17-4 stainless steel and CE certified. Rod End Force Sensor FL25 offers rugged structure for industrial applications.Inline load cells are designed to be mounted inline to the load axis for both tension and compression force measurement.In-line Force Sensor FL25 can be easily mounted to existing system through M5 or M6 threaded rods located on both sides of the transducer,these metric threads can also be used to mount attachments,such as female eye bolt,bolt adapter,etc.,to fit different usage requirements. Tension and Compression Force Transducer FL25 uses metal foil strain gauge technology to deliver 2.0mV/V rated output with 0-5kg / 0-10kg / 0-20kg / 0-30kg / 0-50kg / 0-60kg / 0-100kg seven rated measuring ranges to choose from. Each sensor is integrated with a 4-meter-long 4-core shielded cable,the cable comes with a free end which makes it easy to assemble any types of connectors for electrical connection. Threaded Inline Load Cell FL25 is normally used for press-in force measurement, cylinder push pull force measurement, auto equipment, production line, hand press machine.etc.Model FL25 can be modified or customized as per request of our clients.

A load cell (or loadcell) is a transducer which converts force into a measurable electrical output. Although there are many varieties of loadcells, strain gauge load cells are the most commonly used type which is comprised of a solid metal body on which strain gauges have been secured to form a wheatstone bridge which delivers mV/V output.
Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
The rated output of inline type load cell FL25 is around 2.0mV/V.
Power supply is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range tension compression load cell FL25 is normally within -30mV...+30mV.
Example one: Tension Compression Load Cell FL25-20kg with 2.0mV/V sensitivity powered by 3.3V DC,the output range is -6.6mV...+6.6mV.
Example two: In-line Load Cell FL25-50kg with 2.0mV/V rated output powered by 5V DC,the output range is -10mV...+10mV.
A signal conditioner can be used to convert mV signal into 0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA for easy signal processing.
Example: Tension And Compression Load Cell FL25-10kg working with amplifier FSC(-10-10V)-24V,the load-voltage relationship will be 0-10kg compression load VS 0-10V output, 0-10kg tension load VS 0-(-10V) output.
