M4 Threaded Rod End Load Cell FLN is made of stainless steel based on strain gauge technology intended for both tension and compression force measurement. In-line Force Sensor FLN offers 0-50N / 0-100N / 0-200N / 0-500N four rated measuring ranges with mV/V output from the full wheatstone bridge. Compact design makes for miniature inline force sensor FLN especially suitable for force measurement applications where mounting space is limited. M4 threaded rod located on each side enables force transducer FLN to replace the existing structure and be easily embedded into mechanical shaft, the M4 male thread can also be used to mount attachments such as eye bolts, bolt adapters,etc.,for different applications. Custom made service is also available as per client's request.

A load cell (or loadcell) is a transducer which converts force into a measurable electrical output. Although there are many varieties of loadcells, strain gauge load cells are the most commonly used type which is comprised of a solid metal body on which strain gauges have been secured to form a wheatstone bridge which delivers mV/V output.
Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of inline force sensor FLN is around 1mV/V.
Power supply is normally within 3-12V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of force transducer FLN is normally within -12mV...+12mV for both tension and compression measurement.
Example one: Miniature Tension Compression Load Cell FLN-50kg with 1.0mV/V sensitivity powered by 10V DC,the output range is -10mV...+10mV.
Example two: Micro Rod End Load Cell FLN-20kg with 1.0mV/V rated output powered by 3.3V DC,the output range is -3.3mV...+3.3mV.
Load cell + Signal amplifier:A signal conditioner can be used to convert mV signal into 0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA for easy signal processing.
Example: Tension Compression Load Cell FLN-5kg working with amplifier FSC(-10-10V)-24V,the load-voltage relationship will be 0-5kg compression load VS 0-10V output, 0-5kg tension load VS 0-(-10V) output.
