M12 Threaded Rod End Load Cell FL51 is made of 17-4 stainless steel and CE certified.Inline load cells are designed to be mounted inline to the load axis for both insertion and extraction force measurement.In-line type Tension Compression Force Sensor FL51 can be easily mounted to existing system through M12 threaded rods located on both sides of the transducer,these metric threads can also be used to mount attachments,such as female eye bolt,bolt adapter,etc.,to fit different usage requirements. Tension and Compression Load Cell FL51 uses metal foil strain gauge technology to deliver 1.5mV/V rated output with 0-500N / 0-1kN / 0-2kN / 0-3kN / 0-5kN / 0-10kN / 0-20kN seven rated measuring ranges to choose from. Each sensor is integrated with a 2-meter-long 4-core shielded cable,the cable comes with a free end which makes it easy to assemble any types of connectors for electrical connection. Tension Compression Load Cell FL51 is normally used for press-in force measurement, cylinder push pull force measurement, auto equipment, production line, hand press machine.etc.Model FL51 can also be modified or customized as per request of our clients.

A load cell (or loadcell) is a transducer which converts force into a measurable electrical output. Although there are many varieties of loadcells, strain gauge load cells are the most commonly used type which is comprised of a solid metal body on which strain gauges have been secured to form a wheatstone bridge which delivers mV/V output.
Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of force sensor FL51 is around 1.5mV/V.
Power supply is within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of rod end load cell FL51 is normally within -22.5mV...+22.5mV for both tension and compression measurement.
Example: Threaded Inline Load Cell FL51-20kN with 1.5mV/V rated output powered by 3.3V DC,the output range is -4.95mV...+4.95mV proportional to the load being applied.
A signal conditioner can be used to convert mV signal into 0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA for easy signal processing.
Example: Tension Compression Transducer FL51-10kN working with amplifier FSC(-10-10V)-24V,the force-voltage relationship will be 0-10kN compression force VS 0-10V output, 0-10kN tension force VS 0-(-10V) output.
