    Miniature Button Type Compression Load Cell Force Sensor FC10C is made of stainless steel based on metal foil stain gauge technology intended for compression force measurement.Micro Load Cell FC10C offers 500N / 200N / 100N / 50N four measuring ranges to choose from.Small size compression load cell FC10C is featured with only 10mm outer diameter and 6mm total height which makes it extremely suitable for force measurement applications with limited mounting space.Typical applications for transducer FC10C are such as clamping force measuremen,force overload protection,load distribution analysis,pressing die force measurement,auto equipment,assembly line and so on.

    Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
    Rated output is normally within 1mV/V~3mV/V.
    Power supply is normally within 3-15V.
    Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
    So the load cell output signal is normally within 0-45mV(-45mV...+45mV for bidirectional load cell).
    Example one: FC10C-5kg with 1.0mV/V sensitivity powered by 10V DC,the output range is 0~10mV.
    Example two: FC10C-10kg with 1.0mV/V sensitivity powered by 3.3V DC,the output range is 0~3.3mV.

    Load cell + Signal amplifier:
    Load cell normally outputs -20mV...+20mV which sometimes cannot be recognized by signal processing units directly,so signal conditioner is introduced to convert mV signal into 0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA for easy signal processing.
    Example: Micro load cell FC10C-5kg working with 0-5V amplifier,the load-output relationship will be 0-5kg load VS 0-5V output,it is linear within the error range.

    Load cell + Digital indicator
    Digital indicator can work directly with load cell without signal amplifier,here are some functions from the indicator:
    -Display force value in real time
    -Peak holding to grab the maximum force during testing
    -RS485 or RS232 interface
    -0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA analog output
    -Switch output
