A torque sensor is a transducer that converts a torsional mechanial input into an electrical output signal.There are two different types of torque sensors: rotary torque sensor and reaction torque transducer. Rotary torque sensor is designed for dynamic torque measurement like motor torque measurement, rotating shaft torque measurement, motor torque measurement, mixture torque measurement,etc..Reaction torque sensor is mainly used to measure non-rotating torque(which is also known as reaction torque).

FY01 is a slip-ring rotary torque transducer,utilizing strain gauge technology,compact size,shaft to shaft design,analog output,working with signal conditioner can get ±5V,±10V,0-5V,0-10V or 4-20mA output which is proportional to applied torque.

Torquemeter FPT can be used to display the real time torque value,torquemeter FPT is integrated with high accuracy 24-bit ADC,sampling speed up to 960Hz which makes it suitable for both static torque measurement and dynamic torque measurement. Modbus RTU protocol is supported through RS485 or RS232 communication interface. Aamplified signal 0-10V or 4-20mA is also achievable from the display.
