    Miniature load cell sensor FMZK is a transducer that converts mechanical force into electrical signal proportional to the applied force or weight.The measured load or force causes deformation of the measuring element(elastic body),the bonded strain gauge deforms accordingly which will cause the impedance variation of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply, the output signal changes proportionally, thus the weight or force can be measured by measuring the output signal from the load cell.Small size load cell transducer FMZK is strain gauge based to deliver 1.0mV/V output from full wheatstone bridge. Small load sensor FMZC offers 0.5kg / 1kg / 2kg / 3kg / 5kg / 6kg / 10kg seven measuring ranges to choose from,high accuracy with maximum 0.05% non-linearity of the full capacity.The 1000 ohms resistance strain gauges used are more energy-efficient compared to common 350 ohms gauges.The compact size and aluminum construction makes FMZK weighs only about 5.3 grams which makes it suitable for portable weighing devices.Small size weight sensor FMZK offers a perfect mixture of small size,high accuracy and low cost,which makes loadcell FMZK suitable for weight monitoring in consumer electronics.You may find load sensor FMZK applicable for home appliances, force simulators, process control, robotics, etc..
