The 3 Nos load cells presented below are customized 2-axis force sensor with 80kN rated capacity in Fx and Fy axis,these biaxial load cells are fully custom made for an airline company to replace an existing mechanical part in their machine,the sensor body is made of alloy steel while the housing is made of aluminum with anodizing treatment.The transducers then will be used to monitor the operating force in Fx/Fy axis,the two axis load cell is able to measure both tension and compression force in each axis. A 2-channel amplifier is equipped with the sensor to deliver 4-12-20mA output which will be fed to PLC for further signal processing.
Presented here is a customized hollow flange type reaction torque transducer for a research center intended for rotating torque measurement of servo motor. Presented here is a custom made 50kN in-line load cell for a domestic client in Shanghai, the threaded inline force sensor was made from stainless steel with M36 threaded rods on both sides, 10-meter-long metal sheathed cable was attached to the transducer as per client's request.The transducer will be mounted in a press machine to monitor the tension/compression load in real time through Forsentek indicator FPT which also provides a RS232 interface for the client to transmit the data to PC for further processing.The rod end load cell and display unit was pre-calibrated by Forsentek before shipment,the client will only need to prepare a 24V DC power supply to use the force measurement device.
