Tri-axial Load Cell F3G is designed to measure force in Fx/Fy/Fz at the same time,each axis is able to measure force in both tension and compression direction with 0-225lbf / 0-112lbf / 0-67lbf / 0-45lbf / 0-22lbf / 0-11lbf / 0-6lbf / 0-4lbf eight measuring ranges to choose from.Very low profile design with total 26mm height makes F3G suitable for 3-axis force measurement where mounting space is limited.Typical applications for this 3-Axis Force Sensor F3G are for example force exertion control in robotics, force simulators, industrial test benches, grinding force control, actuator operating force measurement and so on.Multi-axis sensor F3G can also be modified or customized as per request to meet requirements of different applications.

3-axis force load cell F3G consists of 3 wheatstone full bridges,one in each channel to deliver mV/V output proportional to the applied force,the output range of F3G is normally within -15mV...+15mV, an external 3-channel load cell amplifier LC3A can be used to convert the mV signal into 0-5V / 0-10V / 4-20mA for easy signal processing.Taking 3-component load cell F3G-200N and LC3A(-10-10V)-24V for example,the force-voltage relationship will be 0-200N load in Fx+/Fy+/Fz+ direction VS 0-10V output, 0-200N in Fx-/Fy-/Fz- direction VS 0-(-10V) output.The signal conditioner also supports other signal output like 0-5-10V, -5-5V, 4-12-20mA an so on.
