Flange to flange compression force transducer FFA offers 0-20kg / 0-50kg / 0-100kg / 0-200kg / 0-500kg / 0-1000kg / 0-2000kg seven measuring ranges to choose from,high accuracy with maximum 0.1% non-linearity of the rated capacity.Force sensor has been widely used for spring testing, welding clamp force control, hand press force verification, force distribution analysis, actuator thrust measurement, assembly force monitoring and other industrial applications. Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output is normally within 1mV/V~3mV/V.
Power supply is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the load cell output signal is normally within 0-45mV(-45mV...+45mV for bidirectional load cell).
Example one: 2.0mV/V load cell with 10V power supply,the output range is 0~20mV (-20mV...+20mV for bidirectional transducer).
Example two: 1.0mV/V load cell with 5V power supply,the output range is 0~5mV (-5mV...+5mV for bidirectional sensor).

Load cell + Signal amplifier:
Load cell normally outputs -30mV...+30mV which sometimes cannot be recognized by signal processing units directly,so signal conditioner is introduced to convert mV signal into 0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA for easy signal processing.
Example: Thrust force load cell FFA-10kN working with 0-10V amplifier,the load-output relationship will be 0-10kN load VS 0-10V output,it is linear within the error range.
