Suminiature force transducer FSSQ offers a compact design for a variety of applications. the S Beam Load Cell series provides accuracy, compact design features, and 5 capacity ranges 10N / 20N / 50N / 100N / 200N to choose from.The jr s-beam load cell FSSQ utilizes metal foil strain gauge technology to deliver 2.0mV/V output with maximum 0.2% non-linearity,the compact design enables the FSSQ to be easily embedded into machinery or test equipment – ideal for packaging machinery, assembly machinery or end-of-line test equipment.The micro force sensor features M2 threaded holes on two sides for the mounting of attachments or implements for both tension and compression force measurement in applications with limited space.A force sensor is a transducer that converts force acting on it into electronic signal which is proportional to the applied force.The acting force causes deformation of the measuring element,the bonded strain gage deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply,the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally,thus the force can be measured by measuring the output signal from the load cell.Tension and compression force transducer FSSQ is designed to measure force in both tension and compression direction,outputs millivolt signal ranging -20~20mV, and signal amplification may be required for most applications, a load cell signal conditioner can be used to get -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA signal which is proportional to applied force.The amplified output is can be easily processed by PLCs and data acquisition software.

Load Cell:A device which produces an output signal proportional to the applied weight or force.
Excitation: The voltage applied to the input terminals of the load cell.
Rated Capacity: The maximum axial load the load cell is designed to measure within its specifications.
Non-linearity: The maximum deviation of the calibration curve from a straight line drawn between the no-load and rated outputs; expressed as a percentage of the rated output and measured on increasing load only.
Non-repeatability: The maximum difference between load cell output readings for repeated loadings under identical loading and environmental conditions.
Hysteresis: The maximum difference between load cell output readings for the same applied load; one reading obtained by increasing the load from zero and the other by decreasing the load from rated output; usually measured at half rated output and expressed in percent of rated output.
Safe Overload: The maximum load in percent of rated capacity which can be applied without producing a permanent shift in performance characteristics beyond those specified.
Operating Temperature: The extremes of temperature within which a load cell will operate without permanent adverse change to any of its performance characteristics.
Temperature Shift Span: The change in output due to a change in load cell temperature; usually expressed as a percentage of load per degree Celsius change in temperature.
