    Miniature torque sensor in-line type shaft to shaft rotary torque transducer

    Miniature inline rotary torque transducer FYAH is intended for rotating torque measurement in both clockwise and anticlockwise direction. Miniature dynamic torque sensor FYAH offers 1NM / 2NM / 3NM / 5NM four rated capacities to choose from, micro torque transducer FYAH should be mounted between motor and loaad through couplings, the housing remains still during measurement while the shaft rotates along with motor shaft. Custom made service is available for other measuring ranges with similar structure. Compact structure makes torque meter FYAH especially suitable for torque measurement applications with limited mounting space.

    Brief instruction of Rated output(or Sensitivity):
    Definition: The signal produced by load cell(or force transducer) when rated load is applied, expressed in terms of mV/V. The rated output indicates the output signal range of a sensor.
    Sensor output = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
    Rated output is normally within 1mV/V~3mV/V.
    Power supply is normally within 3-15V.
    Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
    So the load cell output signal is normally within 0-45mV(-45mV...+45mV for bidirectional load cell).
    Example one: 2.0mV/V load cell with 10V power supply,the output range is 0~20mV (-20mV...+20mV for bidirectional sensor).
    Example two: 1.0mV/V load cell with 5V power supply,the output range is 0~5mV (-5mV...+5mV for bidirectional sensor).

    Torque Transducer + Signal amplifier:
    Output range of torque cell FYAH is normally within -15mV...+15mV which sometimes cannot be recognized by signal processing units directly,so signal conditioner is introduced to convert mV signal into 0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA for easy signal processing.Taking torquemeter FYAH-1NM and amplifier FSC(-10-10V)-24V for example,the torque-voltage relationship will be 0-1NM in CW direction VS 0-10V output, 0-1N*m in CCW direction VS 0-(-10V) output, 1V output corresponds to 0.1N*m torque in clockwise direction, -5V output corresponds to 0.5Nm torque in anticlockwise direction, and so on.
