Rod end load cell in line type tension compression force sensor
Inline rod end tension compression load cell FCL is made of stainless steel based on strain gauge technology with 100N / 200N / 300N / 500N / 1kN / 2kN / 3kN / 5kN / 10kN / 20kN / 30kN / 50kN rated capacities to choose from. The M6/M8/M12/M16/M20/M24 threaded rod on the top of the sensor can be used to mount attachments such as load buttons and eye bolts for different applications. Compared to the universal side cable outlet, in-line force transducer FCL adopts bottom cable outlet which helps save the mounting space, Rod end load cell FCL is suitable for in-line force measurement. Modification or customization as per client's requirements is available.

A compression load cell is a transducer that converts compression force acting on it into electronic signal which is proportional to the applied force.The acting force causes deformation of the measuring element,the bonded strain gage deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply,the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally,thus the force can be measured by measuring the output signal from the load cell.Inline rod end load cell FCL outputs millivolt signal ranging 0-20mV, and signal amplification may be required for most applications, a load cell signal conditioner can be used to get 0-5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA signal which is proportional to applied force.The amplified output is can be easily processed by PLCs and data acquisition software.
