Hollow flange torque transducer FTQ features a large bore located at the center of the torquemeter,through which a rotating shaft can pass,this enables torque measurement regardless of the rotating speed.Torque cell is normally used for rotating torque measuring applications where inserting an extra part between the driving and driven elements is impracticable.The low height structure allows use in pump and drill rigs without major changes to the existing machinery.Here are some advantages of hollow torque sensors compared to rotary torque meters:
