Contactless rotary torque sensor FYTG offers 0-1 Nm / 0-2 Nm / 0-3 Nm / 0-5 Nm / 0-10 Nm / 0-20 N*m / 0-30 N*m / 0-50 N*m / 0-100 Nm / 0-200 N*m / 0-300 Nm / 0-500 Nm / 0-1000Nm / 0-1500 Nm / 0-2000Nm / 0-3000Nm / 0-5000Nm seventeen torque measuring ranges to choose from, rotating speed goes up to 12000RPM for 0-100Nm,10000RPM for 200-500NM, 6000RPM for 1k-2kNM. Both torque and speed channel delivers 0-5V , 0-10V or 4-20mA output which is proportional to the applied torque and rotating speed. Rotary torquemeter FYTG can be mounted in horizontal, vertical and other directions, keyed shafts on both sides of the sensor can be used to connect with motor and load through couplings, the sensor shaft rotates while the housing remains still during measurement. A torque sensor is a transducer that converts mechanical torque into mV signal proportional to the applied torque.The acting torsion causes deformation of the measuring element,the bonded strain gage deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply.Torquemeter FYTG utilizes built-in signal conditioner board to convert the mV singal from the wheatstone bridge into 0-5V 0-10V 4-20mA output for easy signal processing,the output signal is proportiaonal to the applied torque,an in-house calibration certificate will be provided in which you will get the data of torque VS Voltage/Current.
