Shaft to shaft contactless rotary torque meter FYTE offers a contactless transmission for bridge supply voltage and measurement transmission which enables continuous operation with low wear out.Non contact rotary torque transducer FYTE offers 0-1NM / 0-2NM / 0-3NM / 0-5NM / 0-10NM / 0-20NM / 0-30NM / 0-50NM / 0-100NM / 0-200NM / 0-300NM / 0-500NM 12 measuring ranges with maximum 8000RPM to choose from, ±5V /±10V / 4-20mA direct output from the transducer thanks to its built-in amplifier circuit for easy data processing. Shaft to shaft configuration, can be easily installed through couplings, the housing remains still while the shaft rotates during measurement, it is also applicable for torsion measurement with low rotating speed. Typical applications for torquemeter FYTE are such as motor test benches, tightening torque monitoring, rotating torque measurement for servo motors, pumps, gearbox, engines, agitators,and so on.

A torque sensor is a transducer that converts mechanical torque into mV signal proportional to the applied torque.Non-contact rotary torquemeter FYTE utilizes built-in signal conditioner board to convert the mV singal from the wheatstone bridge into 0-5V 0-10V 4-20mA output for easy signal processing,the output signal is proportiaonal to the applied torque,an in-house calibration certificate will be provided for each transducer in which data of torque VS Voltage/Current relationship is included,i.e. 0-100 Nm torque VS 0-10V voltage output,when you get 1V output,it means the applied torque is 10 Nm,when you get 5V output, it means the applied torque is 50 Nm, and so on.
