Miniature Pull Load Cell FSSG offers a compact design for a variety of applications. the S Beam Load Cell series provides accuracy, compact design features.The miniature s-beam load cell FSSG utilizes metal foil strain gauge technology to deliver 2.0mV/V output with maximum 0.1% non-linearity of the rated output,the compact design enables the FSSG to be easily embedded into machinery or test equipment – ideal for packaging machinery, assembly machinery or end-of-line test equipment. The pull force sensor features M8 threaded holes on two sides for the mounting of attachments or implements, this micro force sensor can be used for both tension and compression force measurement in applications with limited space. Small size tension load cell FSSG is widely used for force gauges, tension meters, switch insertion force measurement, keyboard testing, spring testing, syringe testing, touchpad testing, cylinder thrust measurement and so on. S type load cell FSSG offers 0-50kg / 0-100kg / 0-200kg three rated measuring ranges to choose from, besides the standard specifications, push pull load cell FSSG can also be modified or customized according to clients' requirements.

The output range of pull push load cell FSSG is normally within -30mV...+30mV,
Example: S-Beam Tension Compression Force Sensor FSSG-2kN with 2.0mV/V rated output powered by 5V DC, the output range is -10mV...+10mV proportional to the load being applied.
A signal conditioner can be used to convert mV signal into 0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA for easy signal processing.
Example: S Type Push Pull Load Cell FSSG-1kN working with amplifier FSC(4-12-20mA)-24V,the force-current relationship will be 0-1000N compression force VS 12-20mA output, 0-1000N tension force VS 12-4mA output,which is linear regardless of measurement error.
