Threaded in-line Push Pull Force Sensor FL25 is made of 17-4 stainless steel and CE certified. Rod End Push Pull Force Transducer FL25 offers rugged structure for industrial applications. Inline load cells are designed to be mounted inline to the load axis for both tension and compression force measurement. In-line Push And Pull Load Cell FL25 can be easily mounted to existing system through M5 or M6 threaded rods located on both sides of the transducer,these metric threads can also be used to mount attachments,such as female eye bolt, bolt adapter,etc., to fit different usage requirements. Pull And Push Force Transducer FL25 uses metal foil strain gauge technology to deliver 2.0mV/V rated output with 0-10lb / 0-20lb / 0-45lb / 0-66lbs / 0-110lb / 0-130lb / 0-220lb seven rated measuring ranges to choose from. Each sensor is integrated with a 4-meter-long 4-core shielded cable,the cable comes with a free end which makes it easy to assemble any types of connectors for electrical connection. Inline Type Push Pull Load Cell FL25 is normally used for press-in force measurement, cylinder push pull force measurement, auto equipment, production line, hand press machine.etc. Transducer FL25 can be modified or customized as per request of our clients.

Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of Pull Load Cell FL25 is around 2.0mV/V.
Power supply of Push Pull Force Sensor FL25 is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of Pull And Push Load Cell FL25 is normally within -30mV...+30mV for push and pull force measurement.
Example one: Miniature Pull Force Sensor FL25-50kg with 2.0mV/V sensitivity powered by 5V DC,the output range is -10mV...+10mV.

A load cell is used to determine mass: The weight force exerted by the sample is converted into an electrical signal by the load cell. Load cells are therefore the most important components of an electronic scale. One of the most widely used technologies is based on strain gauge technology: an analog load cell consists of a measuring element (so-called spring body) made of steel or aluminum, on which strain gauges (Wheatstone bridge) are mounted, strain gauges are electrical resistors that change their resistance while loaded, these resistance change leads to the change of output signal, the load/weight then can be measured and evaluated by measuring the output signal from the wheatstone bridge.
