Miniature S-beam Force Transducer FSSQ offers a compact design for a variety of applications. the S Beam Load Cell series provides accuracy, compact design features, and 0-10N / 0-20N / 0-50N / 0-100N / 0-200N three rated measuring ranges to choose from.The jr s-beam load cell FSSQ utilizes metal foil strain gauge technology to deliver 2.0mV/V output with maximum 0.2% non-linearity,the compact design enables the FSSQ to be easily embedded into machinery or test equipment – ideal for packaging machinery, assembly machinery or end-of-line test equipment.The micro force sensor features M2 threaded holes on two sides for the mounting of attachments or implements for both tension and compression force measurement in applications with limited space.A force sensor is a transducer that converts force acting on it into electronic signal which is proportional to the applied force.The acting force causes deformation of the measuring element,the bonded strain gage deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply,the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally,thus the force can be measured by measuring the output signal from the load cell.Tension and compression force transducer FSSQ is designed to measure force in both tension and compression direction,outputs millivolt signal ranging -20~20mV, and signal amplification may be required for most applications, a load cell signal conditioner can be used to get -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA signal which is proportional to applied force.The amplified output is can be easily processed by PLCs and data acquisition software.The force can be displayed through force indicator,force meter FPT is integrated with high accuracy/low noise 24 bit Sigma-Delta ADC,sampling speed up to 960Hz makes it suitable for both static and dynamic measurement;FPT also supports Modbus RTU protocol with RS485 or RS232 communication port,amplified signal 0-5V,0-10V,0-20mV or 4-20mA is also achievable from FPT.

Example one: Miniature Force Sensor FSSQ-200N with 2.0mV/V rated output powered by 3.3V DC,the output range is -6.6mV...+6.6mV.
Example two: Micro Force Transducer FSSQ-100N with 2.1mV/V sensitivity powered by 10V DC,the output range is -21mV...+21mV.
A signal conditioner can be used to convert mV signal into 0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA for easy signal processing.
