A load cell (or loadcell) is a transducer which converts force into a measurable electrical output. Although there are many varieties of loadcells, strain gauge load cells are the most commonly used type which is comprised of a solid metal body on which strain gauges have been secured to form a wheatstone bridge which delivers mV/V output.The output range of compression load sensor FC60 is normally within 0...+30mV,and signal amplification may be required for most applications,a load cell signal transmitter can be used to get 0-5V,0-10V or 4-20mA signal for easy data acquisition afterwards. For example: Compression Transducer FC60-10t working with amplifier FSC(0-10V)-24V, the load-output relationship will be 0-10000kg compression load VS 0-10V output. Weight indicator can be used to display the measured value, load cell display FPT is integrated with high accuracy 24 bit Sigma-Delta ADC, sampling speed up to 960Hz,supports RS485 or RS232 communication port,can also output 0-5V,0-10V,0-20mV or 4-20mA amplified signal.
