Low profile load cell FHA offers 0-30kg / 0-75kg / 0-150kg / 0-300kg four rated measuring ranges to choose form, high accuracy with 0.05% non-linearity of the full capacity. A load cell is a transducer that converts mechanical load into mV signal proportional to the applied load/force.The acting force causes deformation of the measuring element,the bonded strain gage deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply, the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally,thus the load can be measured by measuring the output signal from the transducer which is normally within -30mV...+30mV.
Brief instruction of Rated output(or Sensitivity):
Definition: The signal produced by load cell(or force transducer) when rated load is applied, expressed in terms of mV/V. The rated output indicates the output signal range of the sensor.
Sensor output = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of thin loadcell FHA normally within 1.5mV/V~2.0mV/V.
Power supply of weight transducer FHA is normally within 3-10V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the load cell output signal is normally within 0-20mV.
Example one: Low profile compression load cell FHA-300kg with 2.0mV/V rated output powered by 5V DC ,the output range is 0~10mV.
Example two: Compact weight sensor FHA-150kg with 2mV/V rated output powered by 10V DC ,the output range is 0~20mV.
